Break The Worry Trance™ Coaching Program
Break The Worry Trance™ is a 12 session coaching program based on best practices and research regarding what works in anxiety treatment and recovery.
The program is designed for individuals living with any of the following issues:
Excessive life worry
General and persistent anxiety
Panic
Obsessive and compulsive behaviours
Phobias and/or
Social Anxiety
I am certified as a facilitator of the Break The Worry Trance™ program. As a mental health professional specializing in anxiety treatment, I will be using an integrative framework that is primarily informed by the following therapeutic approaches:

Behavioural Activation
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
