Why the White Lotus?

The colour white is associated with light and goodness and the lotus is regarded in many different cultures, especially in eastern religions, as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth.

Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition:  Even when its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the lotus produces the most beautiful flower.  And just like the lotus flower, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world.

My approach is holistic, incorporating body-mind-spirit therapies to support my clients in achieving their specific goals and overall wellness.  I believe that each individual has their own unique healing blueprint and I assist people in locating, treasuring and deepening their lived commitments to a unique healing framework.
